Storyboard/Marketing
GRAVE
This is the Full Short Film Here
2020
In the midst of University, it was my first job at eecstasy. A friend was going to be producing a Short Film and they were wanting a storyboard artist. I immediately jumped at the opportunity to be apart of the project. So in the middle of lockdown, on a very low performance computer, I storyboarded for a 34 minute short film.
The Work.
Note that this was my first storyboard job and also the first time I had worked on storyboards to the level. Due the intensity of the deadline to get the storyboards done and how little I had to make them to the highest of quality I had to take a lot of short cuts to get the project done in time. After a schedule was create and I met with the Director Caleb Keyte on set and set a guidelines to how they wanted it, I was able to determine which scenes required the most amount of work due to the importance of the scene.
The final conflict of the short film as scene 10-15 were the most important.
NOTE: This was a huge learning curve and the beginning. I’ve used a lot of my experiences here to help learn to be better.
Promotional Material
I was also able to be apart of the promotional marking concept design team. I help come up with early concepts of a potential logo and additionally created the final rough that led to the Short Film Poster that was used for Grave.
